RRsat provides quality customer service through its automated Network Operations Center (NOC), which monitors RRsat Global Communications Network teleport operations using sophisticated management and control equipment, around the clock. The NOC manages preventative maintenance; controls equipment operation and teleport services, as well as services provided by our partners; communicates with site technicians and customer NOCs; detects and pinpoints malfunctions in real time; and restores service as quickly as possible, if relevant.

Preventative system maintenance is performed on a regular basis, with the NOC coordinating maintenance and service restoration activities between customers and engineering departments for uninterrupted service. The NOC ensures that all processes run smoothly, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

Furthermore, RRsat works closely with its customers to design backup and disaster recovery programs best fitting customer requirements.
