David Rivel - Founder and CEO

David Rivel founded RRsat as a small supplier of portable satellite uplinks, and has built it into the publicly-listed world-class provider of content management and global distribution services that it is today. An electronics, computer and communications engineer with over 30 years of experience in radio frequency communications, antennas, video, television and satellite communication, he earned a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Be'er Sheva Campus , and is a member of the IEEE, World Teleport Association (WTA) and Society of Satellite Professionals International (SSPI).

Itzhak Zion - Chief Financial Officer

Itzhak Zion joined RRsat as Chief Financial Officer in December 2011. Mr. Zion has held several CFO positions in the technology, communications and retail industries in both private and publicly traded companies. He was most recently the CFO of ECI Telecom, one of the largest Hi Tech companies in Israel, with worldwide presence. Before that he served as CFO of Motorola Israel (2004-2007) during which he also served on the board of directors of MIRS Communications, an Israeli cellular operator. From 1999-2003 he was the CFO of Super-Sol, one of Israel’s largest retail companies which at the time was traded on both the New York Stock Exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. From 1995-1999, Mr. Zion was CFO of NASDAQ-traded New Dimension Software, which was eventually acquired by BMC Software. Mr. Zion is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Lior Rival - Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Lior Rival has served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing since January 2003. He began work as an SNG Operator when RRsat was a small startup in 1996, became head of the sales department and then held the position of Marketing Manager from April 1998. Mr. Rival holds a B.A. in Management and Communication from the Tel-Aviv Open University.

Ziv Mor - Chief Technology Officer

Ziv Mor has served as Chief Technology Officer & VP, Business Development since June 2010, after serving as Chief Technology Officer and VP Engineering since December 2006. Mr. Mor joined RRsat in November 1997, and became the company’s Director of Engineering in 2003. He holds a B.Sc. in Technology Business and Management from Holon Institute of Technology and a practical engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from ORT College for Advanced Technologies and Sciences.

Maya Rival - Chief Operations Officer

Maya Rival was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2006, after serving as Administration Manager since 2000. She previously held a variety of technical roles in the company, after joining in 1998. In her current position, Ms. Rival’s responsibilities include human resources, logistics and administration.

Ohad Har-Lev - General Counsel & Company Secretary

Ohad Har-Lev joined RRsat as General Counsel in May 2011 and was appointed as Company Secretary in December 2011. Prior to joining RRsat, Mr. Har-Lev served as corporate and general counsel for publicly traded companies on NASDAQ, AIM and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and for several high tech companies in the private sector. Mr. Har-Lev served as a corporate counsel at Amdocs (NASDAQ DOX) from 2009-2011 and as general counsel of Gilat Satcom (traded on the TASE and AIM) from 2005-2008. Mr. Har-Lev holds an LLB in Law and an MBA from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, and is a member of the Israeli Bar.

Yaniv Lior - Senior Director of Sales and Operations for RRsat America

Yaniv Lior has been with RRsat for over 13 years. In his current position as Senior Director of Sales and Operations for RRsat America, Mr. Lior has been charged with all aspects of company operations while focusing efforts on sales, marketing, and overseeing the US teleport operations including management of engineering and logistics. He holds a degree in Television and Cinema Systems Engineering from Sapir College of the Negev.
